How to Work for Weight Watchers

Weight Watchers careers are exclusively available to successful Weight Watchers members. In order to be considered for employment, you must be an active member who has met your weight-loss goal and achieved lifetime membership by maintaining your ideal weight.     • You can be within 2 lbs (.9 kg) of your goal weight to be considered for employment. Your goal weight will be determined by you and Weight Watchers staff upon joining. The goal you select must fall within the healthy range as determined by body mass index (BMI) standards.

  • Weight Watchers considers a healthy BMI to be in the range of 20 to 25. The company will consider applicants with BMIs up to 27, but a doctor's note is required to confirm applicants with higher BMIs are at a healthy weight for their build.
