I saw the questions you answered on Be-a-Good-Actor-or-Actress and just wanted to say a big thanks for the thoughtful responses there! Do you do a lot of acting yourself? Cheers for chipping in with some solid advice there!

Oh wow, I definitely hear you on the mountain to climb, hah, but the opportunities ahead sound very promising! That workshop sounds like a great experience. I'll keep my fingers crossed for you!

I do indeed love wikiHow, hah. I've been part of the staff here for a little over 3 years now, and consider myself very lucky to work with such a great community on such a great mission :)

Honestly I haven't done too much over at Wikipedia, although I did attend a conference they hosted a couple of years ago. How are you finding the two projects so far? Big differences between us, or more or less similar but just different in the kind of content covered?

Yeah, that makes sense - advice vs facts. The tone definitely would be different!

That's really exciting about the show. I hope it works out for you! I don't think we have that channel here, and I don't have cable at home, but I'll keep my fingers crossed for you none-the-less. If you get it and hit it big, you'll have to come back and share all your advice about how it's done here :)

Oh totally - I bet the lay of the land is pretty different in different countries! Are there many movies made locally, too, or is mostly TV in the Philippines?

By the way, do you know anything about How to Be Comfortable at Auditions? That one is a stub that could really use some improvement, if you have anything to add!

Yeah, that makes sense - it's the same in the UK. A few movies but mostly TV. I suppose there are just too many great movies made in the US for other places to compete :)

Thanks for looking over the article! If you decide to make some edits, let me know how it goes!

Wow, definitely impressive - you dove in and made a huge difference on that one. Very nice!

I see Cactusruby just did a wee bit of cleanup on it, here, and I made some minor additions here - do those look okay to you, too?

The article is looking so much better - thanks for leading the charge on that one!

Nice- team work! That's what a wiki is all about :)

The computer topic sounds great! One good thing to know is that wikiHow is all about collaboration, so we all work together to make the best articles we can on each given topic - instead of adding new articles on topics that have already been written. Does that make sense? So if there are outdated guides on the topic you want to cover here, your best bet is to bold edit them rather than starting from scratch. It'd be fab to get them updated, though!

I'm heading offline in a little bit but keep me posted about how it goes. I'd love to see it when it's done!
