How to Understand the Concept "It's All in Your Hands"

Having different obstacles and expecting same results promises to make our life that much interesting, but trying same things and expecting different results is stupidity. In an attempt to live a perfect life all we find at the end of the line is a perfect lie. In a constant pursuit of happiness and prosperity we lose what we need the most at the end of the day its the simplest things. As a result to this constant rat race we fall apart and end up in a place where we feared we would be. It's like "took what i hated and made it a part of me - Linkin park"

Despite all this we deny all this for one pursuit that would make us regret all our deeds and leave you hungry for love when you're having a feast of finest and the best but ask yourself if that is really what you wanted out of life.Life was,is and always will be simple it is we who try to implement new things and create obstacles for ourselves and sit around crying despite knowing you know where to crack the wall.

Reason is simple it s all in our hands.

  • Set Goals:
    • In order to get what you really want you must start by setting goals. Goals fuel your intent and make your desires concrete. Start by writing the goals for this year in area of personal relationships, work, health, finances and spirituality. List five goals in each category (add more categories if you like). Then break them down into monthly and then weekly goals. Focusing on what you intend in your life will bring it to reality. You create your life - so start now by setting your goals.
  • Self-discipline:
    • Self-discipline is the final step that takes all that we have learned and puts it into action. This is a trait that for most of us has to be developed. To reach our goals we must visualize them as already being accomplished and have faith that we can reach them. When you believe in and trust yourself and have enough desire, self-discipline comes easily.
  • Manage Your Time:
    • We all have the same amount of time to use in a day. Why do some people a lot done while others do very little? You have complete control of how much time you spend productively and how much you waste. Plan your days and prioritize your time to get the most out of the time you have. Use time-wasters like standing in line or waiting in a doctor's office to catch up on reading or something else that is important to you.
  • Take Action:
    • Goals are worthless without action. If you have written long-term and short-term goals and prioritized them, you have a plan of action. Just take it one step at a time and do something everyday that takes you closer to where you want to be. Remember however, to live in the present and be thankful for what you have now, enjoying the journey toward your goals.
  • Do What Needs to be Done:
    • Do what has to be done to get to where you want to go. Whether it is a mundane task or internal work, putting it off gets us nowhere. You are either going forward or falling behind; there is no such thing as standing still. Sometimes when we work on ourselves we stop when we get to a place that we need to change. Change can be difficult when we have to step out of our comfort zone. The more change is needed the more difficult it is.
  • Decide what motivates you:
    • If tomorrow you knew you could do anything and not fail what would you do? Is there something you are passionate about but are afraid of trying? If you have no idea what your passion is spend some time reflecting on it. To start, write down the types of activities you like to do and the types of activities (hobbies) that make you feel good when you do them. What are your special skills and talents - don't be shy - usually if it's something we like to do we are probably good at it. What inspires you?
  • Get in touch with your values:
    • When we feel like we are working hard but not getting anywhere it is probably because our priorities are not aligned with our values. To begin identifying your values ask yourself these questions:
  • What is important to me? Wisdom, freedom, happiness, equality, security, self-respect, romantic love, money, power, comfortable living, fresh air, beauty, controlling others, etc. Rate these values.
    • Who is important to me?
    • What or who is most important? Be honest with yourself.
    • What do I need to do to feel good about myself?
    • How would you feel if someone you respect knew this was one of your values?
    • Would you stick by this value?
    • Is it who you are?
    • How is this value affecting your life?
  • Make a list of your 10 top values. Of that 10 choose 4 and of the 4 choose your top two. From this exercise you will see where you need to focus your time and effort.

  • Reason #7: Lack The Internal Spirit To Fight For Their Life
    • One doesn’t lose control; they give it away! That is a fact!! When one reaches a point where they feel helpless, without a purpose, feeling there is no way out, they will give up. At this point their life is spinning out of control and the free fall they are in will send them crashing into a sea fill with others who are just like them. Giving up is giving in! Giving up is letting go of everything positive one use to believe in; giving up is sinking into darkness where there is no light to show you the way out. Giving up is giving away control.
  • Reason #4: The Lack of Self Worth
    • If a person doesn’t see their self as worthy, they will not believe in who they are or trust that things can be better. With this as their emotional foundation they will reach out to others to define who they are. This opens them to those who are seeking others they can manipulate and control. The weaker one’s inner beliefs about self, the easier it becomes to give others control of their life. The danger is these “others” will use them for their selfish agenda and then, throw them away.
  • Reason #5: Resistance To Change
    • The law of nature is also true about life. Anything that is not changing is dying! Change is the process that brings improvement to one’s life. When a person traps their self in sameness, they are giving control of their life to yesterday and closing the door to the opportunities of today. When yesterday has control of a life and they are locked into a world of repeating where they have been, control of their life has been given away.
  • Reason #2: Overwhelmed With Fear
    • Fear is the second biggest enemy people face in their life. Fear is an emotion that defines life’s events through doubt, worry and a landscape of uncertainty. It shuts down one’s imagination and defines life’s experiences through the “what if” game. Without a strong foundation of self worth and self trust, ones doubts, worries and feelings of “can’t” take over their life. The result is the strengthening of all those Old Tapes that keeps them locked in the repeating their fearful yesterdays. At this point they have given away control of their life.
  • Reason #3: Negative Environments
    • Negative begets negative! That is more than a statement; it is a fact. When one is in a negative environment, all they see is the negative. Stay there long enough and the negative environment creates their beliefs about their life. Soon, they give up on things being better, they accept where they are as where they will be and give up on a better tomorrow. When that happens, they are controlled by the negative forces they have given into.
  • Reason #6: Out Of Sync With The Purpose Of Their Life
    • We are not here on this earth by accident! There is a purpose to one’s life. When one is out of their niche’, not using their talent or simply wander through their time on this earth, they are not in control of their life. The wilderness they are standing in has control of their life and they are simply a lost sheep wandering through their existence on this earth.
  • Reason #1: Can’t Overcome Their Old Tapes
    • Like the thought or not, we are all programmed by our past. For many their past is a collection of negative experiences they have never confronted, resolved or worked through and therefore have become the belief center for their life. When one believes that something “is,” they create a living pattern that keeps repeating it through their behavior. A person demonstrates through behavior what they believe about their self.
