Tips

  • To get a better looking toe weave, make sure to pull tightly at the end of each stitch. If you pull loosely, the toe weave will have a lose appearance.
  • You can also toe weave with 5 or 7 strings. It will take slightly longer but will allow you to use more strings and more colors, and create a thicker toe weave.

Warnings

  • Don't start the toe weave too close to the toe it is on, as you might not be able to get it off when you are finished without cutting it.
  • Be careful not to drop the string off of your fingers, as this could create a mistake in the toe weave. If you do however, just pick it up and put it back on the finger it came off of, and continue on.
