How to Stay Awake During a Late Night Youth Group

Are you going to a Youth Group late-night event and have a hard time staying up till past midnight? This article will help!

    Wear comfy clothing and a sweater, if you get cold easily. But don't get too comfy! You do not want to fall asleep.

    Make sure you are alert while playing the games and activities. If you start getting tired, go to the washroom and splash your face with cool water.

    Talk to the other girls/guys in the room. Lots of good conversations happen during late-nighters! Also, if others are getting tired, make a game of who can stay the most awake and alert for the rest of the night.

    Drink some pop or eat sugar before you go. This should keep you more awake and alert.

    Take a nap before leaving. Naps will give you more energy.
