How to Relax Your Feet

This is a guide on how to relax your feet from a hard day at work and ease away the pain!

Steps

    Fill two pans with water, one with hot, one with cold.In the pan with hot add some rock salt. Rock salt is know to have various properties, one of which is to ease pain.

    Remove your shoes and socks and dip your bare feet in the cold water for 60 seconds.

    Remove and then put your feet into the hot water for 60 seconds.

    Repeat steps 2 and 3 three times.

    Dry your feet with a towel.

    Rub Foot Lotion on your feet so that they are smooth.

Tips

  • Try using yogurt or strawberries.
  • Try wiggling your toes in the water. This should ease the pain faster.
  • Being barefoot is also another way to relax your feet. Let them in the open air, especially at night.

Warnings

  • Do not make the hot water too hot, or you will burn your feet. Do not make the cold too cold either.
