How to Peel a Boiled Potato

How to peel boiled potatoes. Especially useful if you are planning to make several buckets of mashed potatoes.

    Find the length of the potatoes and score around the potato across the length. To score, run the knife around the potato.

    Clean, then boil.

    Prepare an ice bath as soon as the potato cooks.

    Drop the potato in the ice bath and wait for several seconds.

    Grasp the potato from both ends and squeeze the ends until the skin pops off.
