How to Pack a Small Suitcase for a Trip to London

    Choose your case. It should be small, but spacious inside. There should be pockets inside and out.

    Pack your stuff. Take jeans that you can wear most of the time, 4-5 t- shirts, a thick cardigan, a pullover, a simple dress, shorts, a skirt, leggings and 3 vest tops. Some of these you don't have to take, depending on the weather.

    Pack essentials. These include 1-2 night suits, toothbrush, face flannel or cloth, mouthwash, deodorant, small shampoo and conditioner bottles, lip balm, shaving stuff, sun cream, sunglasses, cap, etc.

    Take very simple jewellery. Wear some simple stud earrings, a ring, a delicate necklace and a bangle or two on the journey.

    Take your camera, some money and a bottle of water in the front pocket of your suitcase or in your handbag so that you can reach it easily.

    Pack underwear in gaps between clothes and stuff shoes with sock to keep their shape and also to save space.

    Wear your bulkiest items of clothing on the journey.
