Get out your Burn Book and look through the pages. Think about what you would like to change and what you would like to keep.

Tear out any pages with stuff on them you'd like to keep. Paste the pictures into a fresh scrapbook. Make one page for every girl you don't like. You can write captions around them with gel pens or Sharpie pens.

Here is the most fun part. Cut out pictures & words from magazines and paste them on the front cover. Write some stuff like, "Only the strong survive."

Add stickers and whatever you love.

Get out new photos. Take some at school, too. Keep pasting the photographs into the book, but hide the book, and never bring it to school! This step goes on until you are tired of the book. A burn book isn't something you make in a week. It's sort of a day-to-day process.

  • Do the dirty work of taking a survey. Ask every girl that you don't like and is in your grade what their bra size is, and write their size on the top right-hand corner of every page. Carry a note pad and pencil in your purse at lunch, trying to get every girl's size.
  • Inside a locked "thingy" that only you know the combination to.
  • Other Tips
  • Trade the book back and forth.
  • In a shoe-box underneath the trap-door that goes to underneath your house!
  • Under your mattress
  • In a secluded area that only your girlfriends know about.
  • Where to hide the Burn Book:
  • You can choose to keep the book private, or share it with some select friends.
  • Include what clique they belong to, hair and eye color, crushes, secrets, etc.
  • What to include in each girl's page:
  • Make it look like a school book to make it even more secret. Or add one of those stretchy book covers around it to make it seem like a regular textbook!

  • Never let anyone see that you are the one who made it. (This is mean, but, if you do get caught, you can blame it on an anonymous friend.) Of course lying is a negative action which will come back to you three fold.
  • If the decorations reveal you, you are dead.
  • To make it seem like it's not you or your friends who wrote it, put mean comments about yourself. Have your friends make comments about themselves, too. Then again lying is a negative action which will come back to all of you three fold.
  • Don't make comments for your friends unless they know and approve, or you can lose friendships!
  • If you think you'll get caught don't make one!
  • Burn Books are not mean, but you could get in trouble, and if you call people fat in the book and someone with body image issues sees it, you could do serious damage. Same as if you called a skinny girl bulimic. If you're going to criticise, make it something constructive.
  • Hate is a negative emotion which will return to you tenfold.
