How to Make Wild Rice Soup

  • 3 cups of chicken broth
  • 2 cups of cooked wild rice
  • 1/3 cup of minced ham
  • 1/2 cup of finely grated carrots
  • 3 tablespoons of chopped slivered almonds
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 cup of "Half and half"
  • 2 tablespoons of dry sherry wine (optional)
