How to Make Vegan Nutella

Nutella is a popular hazelnut chocolate spread, used from a basic bread spread to an ingredient in desserts. The manufacturer version of the spread does contain sugar and milk, however, it's very easy to make your own vegan friendly batch at home. Here is how to make vegan nutella.

    Preheat the oven to 420ºF/215ºC.

    Scatter the hazelnuts on a baking sheet. Roast them for 10 to 14 minutes. Allow them to cool completely and gently rub the hazelnuts with a paper towel to remove the skins.

    Add the hazelnuts in a food processor. Process them until you achieve a butter-like mixture.

    Measure and add the rest of the ingredients to the food processor. Blend everything for about 2-3 minutes. Stop the processor occasionally to scrape down the sides, so that everything gets incorporated and thoroughly mixed.
