How to Make Spiced Pepper

While pepper is already nicely spicy, this spicier blend is great for soups and stews and will also improve the taste of a batter.

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon white pepper, freshly ground
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg, grated (fresh is best if possible)
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne
  • 1 teaspoon mace, ground (again, fresh if possible)

Steps

    Grate or grind the spices as needed.

    Mix the ingredients together in a small mixing bowl.
