How to Make Soy Milk

Ingredients

  • 5 ounces/140 grams split soybeans
  • 3 quarts/3 liters boiling water
  • 1 quart/1 lite cold water

    Put soybeans in a pan and pour the boiling water over them.

    Let cool and wait for 6 - 12 hours.

    Put the beans into a blender. Add the cold water and mix for 3 minutes.
