These are easy and healthy snacks that play on the taste of lamingtons without having to go to the trouble of baking actual lamingtons. You'll find less calories in this version too!

  • Bananas
  • 1 bar of chocolate, quality dark or milk as preferred
  • Desiccated coconut (shredded coconut)

    Pour water into a saucepan and put on high heat.

    Chop and put chocolate into bowl and place over saucepan. This creates a double boiler effect.

    Remove from heat. Once the heat melts the chocolate, take the bowl off the saucepan.
