How to Make Rissoles

Rissoles are a delicious meal for a special occasion with friends or whether you are eating by yourself. This is a simple and easy to make recipe.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 zucchinis
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 capsicums
  • 1000g of meat preferably lean
  • 2 cups of breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs

    Get out a frying pan.

    Heat the oil for a few minutes in the pan.

    Put in all the cut up and grated vegetables and fry until very soft.

    Add them into a bowl and let them cool.

Tips

  • Grate the vegetables very finely to make the rissoles have a nice, smooth textures.
