How to Make Ricotta Cheese Low Fat Frosting



This is a low-fat creamy frosting that ensures that eating a cake is still enjoyable but less unhealthy.

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp flour
  • 1 tsp healthy margarine
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

    Melt the margarine in a heavy-based saucepan.
