How to Make Radish Curry in Andhra Style

In this article, I am going to present a curry made from radish and its leaves. This is prepared in Andhra style. It is very good and healthy.

Ingredients

  • 500 grams of Chopped radish and its leaves
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 3 Whole and Dried Red Chili
  • 2 teaspoon Carom Seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard Seeds
  • 1 teaspoon White lentils
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
  • 1 Lemon
  • 3 Garlic cloves

Steps

    Wash the chopped radish pieces and its leaves.

    Place them in a utensil.

    Add fresh drinking water into it.

    Boil them.

    Remove the water from them by placing a plate over the utensil.

    Add oil in a large frying pan.

    Add whole and dried red chilies, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, split white lentils and carom seeds. Sauté them.

    Add chopped garlic pieces.
