How to Make Pizza Burgers

Do you like burgers? How about pizza? Can't decide which to have? How about both in one meal? This recipe does sound odd, but it's good! Well worth a shot!

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds ground meat (turkey, pork, beef, whatever you want)
  • 2 cups spaghetti sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 8 hamburger buns
  • 1 egg

Steps

    Put all your ground meat into a big bowl and crack in one egg.

    Flavor your meat if you wish. Experiment with seasoning and sauce, such as Goya seasoning or Lawry's meat seasoning, or a touch of sauce on it, like Ginger Soy Sauce or Worcestershire sauce, along with salt.

    Mix everything together really good.

    Make your burger mix into 8 patties.

    Cook your burgers however you like.

    Take out your buns and separate the top halves from the bottom halves.

    Use a tablespoon to dish out 3 tablespoons (44.4 ml) of spaghetti sauce on each bun bottom.

    Put the cooked burgers on buns. Then put three tablespoons shredded mozzarella on each burger. Put on the top buns.

    Preheat the oven to 350 °F (177 °C) and put the burgers in, bun and all, for five minutes to melt cheese and warm sauce. Take them out.

Tips

  • If you're confident, you might want to put pizza toppings on too!
  • Don't be afraid to make a mess while cooking or eating!
  • This makes 8 1/4 pound burgers.

Warnings

  • If you have a grease fire, do not put water on it! It'll spread the fire. Smother it with salt or baking soda, or put a lid on it if you're using a pot.
  • Wash your hands before starting this dish. Germs and bacteria spread disease and spoil food.
