How to Make Pillows at a Sleepover

Making your own pillow at a sleepover is easy, fun and cheap. Here is how to!

Steps

    Take 2 squares of smooth material the same size and shape.

    Carefully sew, glue or staple the sides and one bottom side, leaving one side open.

    Stuff the inside of the 'sack' that you have made so that it is full and plump.

    Sew, glue or staple the open side together.

    Decorate the front of the pillow with the buttons, string, wool etc.

    Leave to dry or set for 2 or so hours.

    Repeat at your sleepover, helping your friends!

Tips

  • When half of the pillow has been filled with stuffing, put in a squeaky dog toy and give the pillow to someone. When they lean against it, they sure will be surprised!

  • Cotton wool/old, soft material
  • Buttons, string etc
