How to Make Perfetto Nicciole

Perfetto Nicciole is made from Durum Wheat or Macaroni Wheat. In this article, you will learn how to make Perfetto Nicciole for one person. You can also make in this different ways as you like. Here is a simple recipe.


  • Perfetto Nicciole or Macaroni
  • 8 ounces water for boiling
  • Frying Pan
  • Oil for spreading
  • Half tablespoon of Turmeric Powder
  • One tablespoon of red Chilli powder
  • One Maggi Chicken stock
  • Half cup of tomato paste or squash
  • One-fourth cup of onion paste or squash
  • Carrots, zucchini, long green beans (Optional)

    Boil Macaroni in water according to the amount you want for yourself. Mostly it takes 10-15 minutes to get boiled (for a cup of Macaroni).

    After boiling Macaroni, drain the water and keep it aside.

    Now take a frying pan and add a little oil to it. Now add half spoon of turmeric powder, one spoon of chilli powder (you can add more if you want it more spicy). Add one Maggi Chicken stock (you can add salt if you don't have one) and wait until everything gets mixed together, the maggi chicken stock should melt. Add a half cup of tomato paste and one-fourth cup of onion paste to it and mix well.

    (Optional) If you want you can add small sliced carrots, zucchini and long green beans.

    After all these gets cooked together, add the boiled Macaroni to it and mix it together properly.

    Add to a bowl or plate and serve. Perfetto Nicciole is ready to eat!


  • If you don't have any chicken stock on hand, you can substitute it with salt instead.
    • Salt shouldn't be used unless necessary; the chicken stock will add more flavor to the dish. Salt just makes the pasta taste bland and (slightly) dried out, and it doesn't do the dish justice.


  • Do not over-boil the Macaroni. Water, at very high temperatures, can explode in your face or on your body. Be cautious when boiling water for prolonged periods of time or at extremely high temperatures.
  • Always follow proper sanitation practices when working with food of any kind.
  • Wash hands before and after touching food to prevent cross-contamination.
