How to Make Pempek Dos

Pempek Dos, the easiest home-made snack of South Sumatera, does not require many ingredients in contrast to other types of pempek, such as Pempek Kapal Selam, which requires eggs and fish. Pempek Dos is usually made for breakfast. In other occasions, people will serve it as a snack for drinking tea or watching TV. The uniqueness of this pempek is that it’s best to serve while it’s still hot, because when it’s cold, it will be hard to eat.
