How to Make Peanut Butter Chocolate No Bake Cookies

Peanut butter chocolate cookies are tasty morsels based on two favorite flavors that blend well. These cookies are chunky and filling and are a "raw" type of cookie, in that they're only cooked on the stove and are chilled rather than baked.

  • 2 cups of sugar
  • 4 tablespoons of cocoa
  • 1 stick of butter
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • 1 cup of peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla
  • 3 cups of oatmeal

  1. 1
Heat the mixture. In a heavy saucepan, add the sugar, the cocoa, the butter, and the milk. Boil for 1 minute. While it is boiling, stir it continuously with the wooden spoon.
    • Don't boil this mixture for too long, one minute is sufficient. Any longer may cause the mixture to be over cooked.
  2. 2
Remove the mixture from the heat. Once the 1 minute of boiling has finished, remove the saucepan from the stove, and turn off the stove. Mix in the peanut butter, vanilla and oatmeal. Try to be quick with this step.
  3. 3
Drop out spoonfuls of the raw cookie mix on wax paper laid over a cookie sheet. Do this step quickly. Then use the back of the spoon to flatten out the cookies just a bit.
  4. 4
Chill for a half hour in the refrigerator. The cookies should be set up, and then you're ready to eat!

  • The cookies can be dusted with cocoa powder or cinnamon, if wished.
