How to Make Pasta with Salmon

This is an easy and quick recipe for four people. Best of all, it can be made for an affordable price and contains a lot of nutritious goodness. It can be served with steamed vegetables or a salad, for extra goodness.


  • 4 slices of smoked salmon
  • 300g fresh pasta
  • 200g cream
  • 1 medium onion
  • Some parsley
  • Chives (optional)
  • Tarragon (optional)
  • A big knob of butter
  • 1 tablespoon of oil
  • Salt and pepper

    Finely chop the onion, and all the herbs. Cut the salmon into small strips.

    Bring to boil salt water in a large pot. Put the fresh pasta in, then cook for five minutes.

    Melt the knob of butter with the oil. Fry the chopped onion without browning. Then pour the cream in; when the mixture is hot, add the smoked salmon and the chopped herbs. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.

    Transfer to a serving dish. Add the paste first. Spread the hot, creamy fish mixture over the pasta. You can also add some aromatic herbs for decoration.
