How to Make Pancakes with Soy Milk

This is an easy recipe to make out of common household ingredients.


  • 1 cup unbleached flour
  • 1 teaspoon of oil (PAM cooking spray recommended)
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 cup of soy milk (or rice); you might also use water.

    Mix all ingredients above in a bowl (with a mixer) and put some PAM cooking oil spray on the pan.

    Wait until the pan gets moderately hot and pour on a tablespoon or so of the batter.

    After it looks nice and cooked, flip it over.

    Put it on a plate and enjoy!


  • Use a mixer to mix it.
  • Normal soy milk works best, but anything goes.
