How to Make Olive and Caper Bars

Easy snacks for afternoon tea or any other time. These have a salty taste that will appeal to those who love both capers and olives. The paste alone without the bread can be used for crackers, pasta sauce or pizza base, or as a dip.

Ingredients

  • Olives
  • Capers, finely chopped
  • Butter or oil
  • Paprika or cayenne
  • Celery salt
  • Brown bread

    Process or blend the olives until finely processed.

    Mix the processed olives with one-third the quantity of the finely chopped capers.
