How to Make Noodle Casserole

Two Parts:For the Mix:For the Casserole:

Here's a simple egg noodle casserole you can make as a side dish to serve alongside a meat dish. You could probably make this into a main dish casserole by adding a cup of cooked cubed chicken.

Ingredients

For the Mix:

  • 2 tablespoons chicken bouillon granules
  • 2 tablespoons dried parsley flakes
  • 1 tablespoon dried minced onion
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper

For the Casserole:

  • 2 cups medium egg noodles, uncooked
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • 1 cup boiling water, up to 1 and ¼ cups total, depending on how dry the air is. In drier climates you may need the extra boiling water.
