If you like apple pie then you will love this recipe. It's really easy and delicious, and great for the holidays!

  1. 1
Coat a muffin tin with some non-stick cooking spray and set the oven to 350*F.
  2. 2
Take a package of store-bought pie crust (if that isn't enough use another package). Use a pizza slicer to cut small circles slightly bigger than each muffin tin hole and add one circle to each hole.
  3. 3
Peel and thinly slice 2 apples for your pies. If your slices are too large, just cut them in half.
  4. 4
Thinly slice 2 tablespoons (29.6 ml) of softened butter and put that aside.
  5. 5
Sift together 2 tablespoons (29.6 ml) of cinnamon, 1 tablespoon (14.8 ml) of sugar, and 1 tablespoon of brown sugar in a small bowl.
  6. 6
Add apples to each muffin hole and sprinkle a pinch of the mixture from step 5 over the apples. Next take a slice of butter and place one in each hole.
  7. 7
Put the muffin tin in the oven at 350*F for about 15-20 minutes, or until crust is golden and apples are soft. Let cool for 15 minutes and enjoy!
