How to Make Green Pea and Mint Sandwiches

  • 1 cup cooked peas
  • 1 tsp fresh mint, chopped
  • 1 tsp sugar (optional)
  • 1 tsp vinegar or lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to season
  • Butter or margarine for bread
  • Slices of bread

    Mash the cooked peas into a paste.
