How to Make Egg Noodles Using a Food Processor

Making homemade egg noodles or any type of pasta is easy using the food processor. Follow these basic directions to make almost any type of pasta dough.

Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons whole milk -- use top (extra rich) milk if possible
  • 1 cup flour

    Place salt and flour in a food processor bowl.

Tips

  • Let the cut noodles dry 2 hours before using in soup or as a side dish.
