How to Make Dwillican Ribs

Come on Down to Dwill's BBQ... Taste so good make you wanna SLAP YOUR MAMA!!!


  • 2 Fresh Yellow Lemon
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper
  • 1 Green Bell Pepper
  • 1/2 Yellow Onion
  • 1/2 Stick of Margarine
  • 1 Box of Heavy Duty Foil Paper
  • 1 Bottle of Season All Season Salt
  • 1 cup of Thousand Island dressings
  • 1 Electric Meat Cutter
  • 1 Bottle of Season All Pepper
  • 1/2 cup of Corona Beer

    Stack your charcoal/wood chips in a pile in the middle of the BBQ pit.

    Squeeze the lighter fluid onto the charcoal/wood for at 20s

    Let the charcoals marinate for 25min
  4. 4
    While charcoals are marinating, Open ribs and run them through hot water and rub them down (like you putting on lotion)4b) Sprinkle on your Season All Season Salt and Pepper. Make sure you completely cover your ribs with the seasoning and pepper. 4c) Rub down the rib again

    Dice your peppers, onions and lemons (should have put fire to BBQ pit by now)

    Place your diced peppers,onions and lemons in a bowl add your beer, thousand island dressings, stick of margarine.

    Blend up object in bowl until margarine is mixed well.

    Lay 5 sheets of foil (2 inches longer than ribs)

    Place rib on foil

    Cuff edges of foil so that you can pour the contents in the bowl on ribs.

    Pour contents onto ribs.

    Take 5 more sheets of foil and completely wrap your ribs tight fit.

    Place ribs on heated pit ( make sure charcoals are grey)and let sit for 35min

    After 35min take rib off of the pit and cut open foil and more thousand island dressing.

    Place rib on pit (make sure its not the same side you had it on previous) for 25min.

    Take the ribs off of pit and place rib on cutting board and cut ribs down the middle and ENJOY!!!
