How to Make Coffee Snow

This delicious, easy, practically calorie-free treat can be enjoyed any time of the year, regardless of the weather outside.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup coffee (any kind you like)
  • 1/4 cup half-and-half
  • 2 to 3 packets of your favorite sweetener (Splenda works best)
  • Ice

Steps

    Pour coffee, half-and-half, and sweetener in a blender.

    Cover and blend for 2 seconds on lowest setting.

    Place in two large handfuls of ice.

    Pour mixture into a paper bowl and cover with plastic wrap.
