    Place all ingredients into a good quality blender. The blender should have a relatively sharp blade - blunt blades don't blend as well.

    Combine the ingredients in the blender for five minutes. This ensures that the mixture is well mixed, and that plenty of air is in there to give it a light, airy texture.

    Pour all ingredients into cupcake cases.

    Place cupcake cases onto an oven tray.

    Turn your oven onto Gas Mark 4/180 degrees.

    Cook for roughly 15 minutes, checking every 5. Once cooked, the cupcakes will be golden and crisp on top with a gooey cheese centre.
