How to Make Beef Noodle Casserole

Ground beef, sauteed onions and egg noodles are mixed up to create this homey and inexpensive pasta dish. Try this when the night's a bit chilly and time is short as this recipe should take less than hour to prepare. It does bake in the oven for about 15 minutes before serving. Serves 4.

Ingredients

  • 2 3/4 cups egg noodles, uncooked
  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 10 ounces tomato soup, condensed
  • 1 1/4 cups water
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup bread crumbs, dry

    Preheat oven to 350 °F (177 °C).

    Cook egg noodles using package directions. Drain well.
