How to Make Baked Fish and Mushrooms

Sliced mushrooms, green onions, tarragon and a bit of butter top this baked fish dish. This is a quick, easy and somewhat healthy dish to serve for dinner. Serves 4.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound fish fillets, cut into serving pieces
  • Salt
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup sliced green onions
  • 1/4 teaspoon tarragon, crushed
  • Paprika

    Preheat oven to 450 °F (232 °C).

    Spray a 2-quart baking dish with nonstick cooking spray or brush with olive oil.

    Lay fish into the prepared baking dish turning under the the edges, if needed.
