Method 1
Immediate Ice Pack

    Find a kitchen rubber glove.

    Fill the glove with ice cubes.

    Tie a rubber band tightly around the open end to keep the ice inside the glove.

    After use, empty the glove. Turn it inside out and let it dry before returning to storage.

Method 2
15 Minute Ice Pack

    Get a paper towel and fold it so that it fits into a baggie.

    Soak the towel in water until it is saturated. Gently press out any excess water.

    Seal the baggie and throw it in the freezer. The ice-pack should be ready in about 15 minutes.
