How to Make a Tuna Ranch Casserole

Tuna gets dressed up with ranch salad dressing and cheese to make this thrifty dish gourmet. Choose whatever pasta that's in the cupboard to make this dish.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces of pasta
  • 3/4 cup chopped onion
  • 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
  • 2/3 cup bottled ranch dressing
  • 6 ounces canned tuna (drained)
  • 1 1/4 cups shredded sharp cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

    Cook pasta according to package directions.

    Preheat oven to 375 °F (191 °C).

    Spray a 2-quart casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray.

    Drain pasta, but save 1/2 cup of the pasta water.

    Coat a large skillet with nonstick cooking spray and heat over medium heat.

    Add onion and cook 5 minutes.
