How to Make a Manicotti Casserole

The following is a recipe for a delicious manicotti casserole recipe.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb Italian Sausage
  • 1/2 lb ground beef
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 jars spaghetti sauce
  • 8oz. sliced pepperoni
  • 1 large box of rigatoni pasta

    Bring a large pot of water to a boil and add rigatoni. Boil for 8 minutes, stirring occasionally. Pasta will still be a little under cooked. Drain and set aside in a 9x13 casserole dish.

    Brown Italian sausage and ground beef in a medium skillet. When fully cooked, drain the fat and add it to pasta in the casserole dish.

    Add spaghetti sauce to the pasta and beef mixture. Mix well.

    Place sliced pepperoni on top of mixture.

    Bake at 400 degrees for 30-40 minutes or until cheese is melted well. Recipe serves 6-8 adults.
