    Roll puff pastry dough onto a lightly floured surface until it is 1/3 of it's original size.

    Cut this dough into rectangular pieces, so that you have at least eight rectangles of dough.

    Whisk together the jam and cornstarch in a small bowl.

    Spread 3 tsp jam into about the center of each rectangle. Save 14 inch (0.6 cm) gap around the edges.
