How to Make a Fertility Smoothie

A smoothie is a drink, resembling a milkshake, but with thicker consistency and sometimes made from a blend of wholesome, raw, natural ingredients. Special ingredients are added for health reasons.


  • 1 cup of frozen fruit or better fresh, if in season and organic (mangoes, berries, or peaches)
  • 75ml of liquid beverage (rice milk or almond milk)
  • ½ teaspoon of organic vanilla extract to add flavor (optional)
  • 2 scoops (30g) of whole food antioxidant powder coming from 100% berries (goji, acai, pomegranate, mangosteen, cranberry, strawberry, acerola berry, and more) with no added synthetic minerals or vitamins)
  • 2 scoops (30g) of green powder coming from a bland of spirulina, wheat grass, barley grass, kelp, delouse and more (with no added synthetic minerals and vitamins)
  • 2 bananas (this makes your smoothie very smooth and gives it a good taste)
  • 1/3 cup of yogurt or kefir (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon of bee pollen
  • 1 tablespoon of honey (best if raw)
  • 2 table spoons of almond or cashew butter
  • 1 tablespoon of flaxseed oil or hemp oil. Hemp oil is of high nutritional value because its 3:1 ratio of omega-6 to omega-3 essential fatty acids, which matches the balance required by the human body. [1] (optional)

    Add all the ingredients in a blender. Add them semi-frozen if you like cold beverages.

    Add a few cubes of ice to give it that "icee" texture.

    Mix for 2 minutes until smooth.

    Pour into 2 tall 8 ounce (230 g) glasses.

  • You can add maple syrup instead of honey if you prefer. Flavored Agave Nectar can be substituted, if desired.
  • Rinse your blender right away to prevent all the food pieces to dry up.
  • This smoothie is particularly useful in increasing fertility in both men and women because it contains ingredients like bee pollen which has the ability to stimulate ovulation in women and increase sperm count in men.[citation needed] The other ingredients are rich in fibre content which helps reduce excess estrogen and maintain blood sugar stable aiding those women suffering from polycystic ovarian syndrome.[citation needed] This smoothie is also high in minerals, vitamins and live enzymes which contribute to tissue repair, hormonal balance and most of all replenish the body from nutritional deficiencies related to infertility.[citation needed]
  • Bananas add thickness, while yogurt makes it creamy.
