Steps
- 1Wipe Wipe away any loose dirt, toothpaste, food particles, etc, with a rag or wet paper towel.
- 2Scrub Scrub off any stuck on gook with a cleaning toothbrush, sponge, or rag. Use vinegar or baking soda mixed with water for a natural cleaner, or use store bought cleaners.
- 3Clean. Wipe off all the grime you just scrubbed off. Clean out your scrubber and get most of it, then use a clean paper towel to get the rest.
- 4Polish Wet the faucet with a quick splash of water, then take a dry paper towel and wipe until dry and spotless.
Tips
- You can add lemon juice to the homemade cleaner to leave a citrus scent.
- When polishing, use dry parts of the paper towel so you don't smudge the finish.
- If you get spots, wet the area again and try once more!
Warnings
- Clean the rest of the sink at the scrub stage so that you don't get dirt on the newly cleaned faucet!
- If there's something stuck on that you can't scrub off, don't force it. Try another cleaner or nail polish remover. You don't want to break the faucet!
