Looking After Your Teddy Bear

    Name your teddy. Be creative you can find inspiration anywhere;
    • Your favorite foods such as Cookie, Apple pie, Banana, Muffin, Fudge, or Chip as in chocolate chip.
    • Colours and shapes such as Pinkie, Rose, Midnight, Blackie, Blu/Boo, Tri, or Roundy.
    • Types of weather such as Snowy, Blustery, Misty, Rainy, Cloudy, Sunny, or Sunshine.

    Make your teddy comfy. Make them clothes and a bed. Make a spot in your room to use as your teddy's little corner.

    Be kind and gentle with your teddy. Treat your teddy like a real bear.

    Groom your teddy with a soft brush. Keep your teddy looking nice and his fur soft.

    Be a teddy bear doctor. If your bear encounters an accident, approach the situation creatively. Patch up any boo boo's with a band-aid and a kiss.

Part 2
Spending Time with Your Teddy Bear

    Take your teddy wherever you go. Teddy's love to go to movies and sleepovers. Make sure he doesn't wander off when your not looking. Bears aren't very good with direction and can't get home by themselves.

    Hug and kiss your teddy before you go to bed. Teddy's love cuddles make sure you sleep with your teddy. Make pajamas, slippers, and an eye mask for the teddy.

Tips

  • If you decide against clothing, keep a towel wrapped around him/her during the cooler months.
  • Clothes and items for your teddy add a lot of fun to your teddy's life.
  • Tie a friendship band to the bear to show the bear how much you care for him/her.
  • You might not want to take your bear everywhere. That's okay too.
