Tips

  • don't use gel, that made me break out in tons of spots one time. stick to wax!
  • Give it a rest! every so often, leave your hair alone. if you know you're not going out for a few days, wash it, leave the conditioner in, wash it in the morning and leave it. just remember, when you do plan on going out in the morning, it will take longer to straighten.
  • save some money to get reflective system spray, heat defense and wax and all that stuff. if you go easy on it, they'll last you ages making it money worth spent!!
  • Do not get your hair thinned! i know its frustrating. your hair's shoulder length, thick and flicking but please do not thin it. just be patient. hair tends to grow half an inch a month, and our hairs just growing thicker, not longer, is all.
  • when your hair is wet, try pulling the ends and keeping them pulled. do this gently! its meant to make your hair stronger.
  • so i hope this helps some people out there. just remember, your hair is growing!!!!for people whose hair has stayed shoulder length or shorter for quite a long while and just goes thicker instead, give it until march to be past your shoulders. keep getting it trimmed every 6 weeks and leave conditioner in once a month.
