    Realize that spinach is good for you. Spinach is rich in antioxidants and thus helps prevent cancers.

    Try eating spinach mashed.
    • Pour a little vegetable oil (or olive oil), 1 cup of spinach and a sprinkle of salt into a bowl and mash. Try your new dish.
    • It may not taste good at first so if you like potatoes, steam the potatoes and add them in as well. A spinach and potato mash is delicious.

    Try eating meat along with the spinach.
    • When you are eating, have a small spoonful of meat along with a little spinach and eat it. You most likely will not be able to taste the spinach.

  • Spinach is good for you and lots of people like it. Chances are you will too eventually.
  • Cook your spinach with some anise-seeds (the small seeds from Pimpinella anisum, not the star-shaped anise). And add some cream before serving. This takes away the funny feeling in the mouth when eating the spinach.
