Windows XP
- 1Go to Start, hover over All Programs, at the top, click on Windows Update and Microsoft will check updates recommended for your computer.
Windows Vista/7
- 1Go to Start, on the search text field, type in Windows Update and press enter. Microsoft will look for the newest updates recommended for your computer.
Windows 8
- 1Right-click on the location of the Start menu button. Click on Control Panel that is located on the list. # Next, click on System and Security and click on Windows Update. Microsoft will automatically scan for the newest updates recommended for your computer.
Mac OS X
- 1At the top-left corner, click on the Apple logo, click on Software Update... You will be taken to the App Store.
