How to Juggle a Golf Ball Between Your Legs

Have you ever wanted to juggle a golf ball between your legs just like Tiger Woods does. It’s not as difficult as it looks and with a little time and effort you will be able to juggle a golf ball with a golf club between your legs. Here’s a few simple steps to learn how.

Steps

    Grab, with your dominant hand, either a pitching wedge or a sand wedge (golf club) and a golf ball.

    Trap the ball between the head of the golf club(the part that hits the golf ball) and the inside of your opposite foot. i.e. If you’re right handed trap the ball on the inside of your left foot, and if you’re left handed trap the ball on the inside of your right foot.

    Wiggle the golf club head so that the golf ball rests on top of it. The golf ball should be trapped between the inside of your foot and your golf club.

    Quickly bend your arm at the elbow while keeping your forearm straight so that the ball pops up into the air. You want the ball to pop up high enough so that you can position the head of the golf ball under it so that you can hit it up again.

    Quickly pull your golf club down and then back up. Do this with your arm as straight as possible. You are attempting to land the golf ball on top of the golf club so that it bounces up and down. Its almost like juggling a soccer ball but think of the golf club being your leg and the golf ball being the soccer ball.

    Continue to repeat step 5 until you are comfortable juggling the golf ball.

    After you’re comfortable with juggling the golf ball juggle it as close to your body as possible. This will allow you to juggle between your legs a lot easier.

    After you can juggle close to your body, hit the ball up then quickly pull the golf club around your side, behind your body, and through your legs and wait for the golf ball to come back down.

    Continue to practice until your can juggle the golf ball more than 5 times between your legs.

Tips

  • Hold the golf club around 3/4 up the club. This gives you more control.
  • Don’t get frustrated and don’t give up. It takes a lot of practice.
  • Practicing outside is the most ideal spot to learn. Fresh air and lots of open space helps a lot.

  • •Also make sure that if you’re doing this with somebody that you don’t hit them.

Things You'll Need

  • You will need either a sand wedge or a pitching wedge as well as a golf ball. It does seem a little difficult at first but after you can get the juggling down, going between your legs is easier than it seems. Try practicing in a grassy area. Good luck and have fun.
