    Cover with a clear shower cap and leave it in overnight. When you wake up in the morning, make sure you put a warm towel on you head or set in a hooded dryer with a low heat setting.

    Use a conditioning shampoo such as Meditress, Hair Plus, Aveeno active naturals, and etc. make sure to leave it in for a few minutes.

    Rinse thoroughly and then apply a deep conditioner (like wen or Hair One) for fifteen minutes or more. you may consider to sit under a hooded dryer or wrap a warm towel around your head at this time.

    Rinse, gently comb the hair, and gently dry ( air-dry or sit under a hooded dryer).
