How to Have Fun when You're Afraid of It

Can you remember the last time that you had 'fun'. Wikipedia says that fun is 'the enjoyment of pleasure'.[1] If you start feeling anxious or sick when you are actually in 'danger' of enjoying yourself, that would be because you are afraid of it.

    Write about it. Even if no one ever sees it, it will help you get it out of your system.

    Talk to someone about it. Be sure that this person won't be judgmental. It could be a therapist, a friend, or even a stranger.
