How to Have a Spa Week

Everyone knows about any ordinary at-home spa DAY. But have you ever heard of a spa WEEK? It is way more fun than a spa day, and you get 7 days worth of pampering! Have fun!

    On the first day, start by figuring out a space where you will be able to relax. This might be a bedroom, a living room, a bathroom, or even a kitchen.

    Next, gather up all the things you will need before you do them so you won't have to go from place to place.

    After that, start by taking a cleansing shower. Shampoo and condition your hair, exfoliate your body, and anything else you might do while you're in the shower.

    Next, put on a comfy bathrobe and get to work!

    The first thing you can do after a shower is wash your face and apply a face mask. The steam from the shower opened your pores, and now is the best time to do this and your face is clean. But remember, wash your face before the mask.

    After you have washed the cleanser and the mask off, it's time to do your nails. You can do a manicure and a pedicure, or just one! Whatever you want to to. After your nails have dried, put any product in your hair you need, and brush it through. Let your hair air dry. Now that you have finished all of this, your spa day is complete. Of course, if you want to add anything, feel free to do so!

    Now, everyone either has work or school on these days, so you want something quick. Every day, take a shower and do the same as you would on Sunday. Next, wash your face, put any product in your hair while it's drying, and anything else you would do on a normal day. Now you can do a very quick hand and/or foot massage by applying lotion, and deeply massaging it in. This is a very quick way to feel relaxed. Again, if you want to do something extra, feel free to!

    For the weekend, you have a little more time to focus on some things. Do the same as you would on a normal weekday. After this, apply a face mask and paint your nails. After everything has washed off and dried, you can now exfoliate your lips. You can either use a toothbrush and some Vaseline to gently wipe away the dead, dry skin, or you can find a recipe online!


  • When you are doing this, don't be too harsh because after all, this is a relaxing week!
  • Make sure that you cleanse everything before applying any products. It will open your pores and help the product work very well!
  • The best time to do this would be every night. It will give you more of a relaxing effect, and you won't be in a rush!


  • Don't use any products you are not familiar with! Before using any product, put a little on your wrist and wait the given time to wait on the product container. You don't want anything to be painful or irritating!
  • Be sure to use LED candles instead of real ones if you are wishing to use them. You don't want to start a fire when you are taking a shower or painting your nails!
  • This is a no-brainer, but DON'T eat any products unless they are recipes made from common kitchen ingredients!
