You started off the day with one thing after another going wrong? How do you stop that? How can you turn the day around, and better yet, make tomorrow a smooth easy flowing wonderful day? Switchwords can be a powerful help. A Switchword is a one-word affirmation that speaks to the other than conscious mind, having it bring into your experience the essence of the Switchword. A Switchphrase is a string of Switchwords which together can express in few words the essence of what you desire. So, how is this helpful when you have had a tough day? How can Switchwords change it for the better? Here is a technique utilizing a few Switchwords that you may find very helpful in stopping the negative events and transmuting your focus to the positive.

Steps

    The next morning (and every morning) to start the day on the right foot, stop negative thoughts and situations from coming your way repeat PURGE-CANCEL over and over a few times upon awakening to get rid of any negative energy before it begins.
