    • Send the application for University of Wyoming plates to the University of Wyoming Alumni Association at the address printed at the top of the application. Pay fees to the University of Wyoming.

    Receive notice from your county treasurer's office that your specialty plates are ready for pick-up after they have approved the application and forwarded it to the Wyoming Department of Transportation when applicable.
